HomeCore Pro / Staying in touch
SMS terms & conditions
Last updated:
These terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from HomeCore Pro. Please review them together with our privacy policy.
A. Introduction
Welcome to HomeCore Pro. By opting in to our SMS communications, you agree to these SMS terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to SMS messages. You can contact our team by email without subscribing.
B. Consent for SMS communication
When you expressly opt in, you agree to receive conversational text messages from HomeCore Pro at the phone number you provide for the purposes described when you give consent. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is not a condition of requesting or purchasing services.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy section below for information about service providers and disclosures required by law.
C. Types of SMS communications
Depending on the service and the consent you provide, messages may include responses to your inquiries, service or appointment coordination, project updates, and billing-related notices. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately agree to receive them.
D. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, the services being coordinated, and your interactions with our team. There is no fixed weekly message schedule.
E. Standard messaging disclosures
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email jessica@homecorepro.com.
- Visit homecorepro.com, read our privacy policy, or return to these SMS terms and conditions.
F. Potential fees for SMS messaging
Your carrier may charge message and data fees according to your plan, including any applicable international messaging charges. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
G. Opt-in method
To opt in to conversational SMS, enter your phone number in our service request form, check the separate SMS consent box, and submit the form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Its disclosure identifies HomeCore Pro, explains message frequency and possible charges, provides STOP and HELP instructions, and links to our privacy policy and these terms.
The form sends your request and SMS consent choice to our team by email. If you opt in, the email records the disclosure, its version, the form URL, and when the server received the request. Providing a phone number or submitting the form without checking the SMS consent box does not opt you in. You may leave the box unchecked and still request services.
H. Opt-out method
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. You can also email jessica@homecorepro.com to request removal from our messaging list.
I. Help
Reply HELP to a message for assistance. You can also get help directly from HomeCore Pro by emailing jessica@homecorepro.com or visiting homecorepro.com.
J. Privacy
We use your SMS information to provide the communications you consent to receive. We do not share your phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Providers may process information as needed to deliver messages on our behalf, and disclosures may be made when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for unrelated purposes. Read our privacy policy for more details.
K. Modifications
We may update these SMS terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any new consent required by applicable law. You may opt out if you no longer wish to receive messages.
L. Acknowledgment of terms
By subscribing to HomeCore Pro SMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Merely visiting the website or submitting a service request does not subscribe you to messages.
